What you will do

• Design and verify ultra-high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation optical engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and review block-level specifications.
• Perform transistor-level simulations, design optimization, and circuit modeling.
• Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon prototypes through characterization and high-volume production.
• Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong industrial experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Understanding of transistor-level design, simulation, and verification.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or similar tools.
• Exposure to high-speed analog building blocks.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with FinFET technologies.
