Quality Team Lead - Night Shift - Monday to Thursday (7pm - 5am)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Night shift Monday to Thursday, 7pm–5am. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Perform Quality Control Technician tasks while maintaining hands-on inspection skills.
• Support Quality Control Technicians and Inspectors with daily quality processes.
• Review and approve first shots and assist with test run evaluations.
• Complete containment activities, process audits, and documentation reviews.
• Support team member training and scheduling as needed.
• Monitor the inspection laboratory and report process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to use MicroVu and other inspection equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; temporary visas and future sponsorship requirements are not eligible.
