What you will do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to GMP procedures.
- Set up and support cleaning processes, including CIP and SIP.
- Perform basic laboratory tasks, including pH and conductivity monitoring and sample testing.
- Handle and move materials safely across production areas.
- Complete production records and documentation accurately.
- Maintain clean, safe, organized workspaces and support team meetings and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Attention to detail, basic problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
- Ability to follow procedures in a regulated, hands-on production environment.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work the rotating 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Nice to have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
