What you will do

• Own the full employee journey: onboarding, performance management, learning, engagement, retention, and offboarding
• Partner with managers to develop strong teams and foster a culture of ownership and excellence
• Build and improve scalable HR processes from ideation to implementation
• Leverage HR analytics and data to inform strategies and measure their effectiveness
• Serve as the key contact for employees on policies, processes, and career growth

Requirements

• English level B2+
• 4+ years in HR, Operations, or People Management roles
• Hands-on builder mentality focused on creating and improving processes
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in spreadsheets, metrics, and analysis
• Strong organizational and communication skills
