People Operations Specialist with Spanish

What you will do

• Manage employee lifecycle changes, including personal and job changes, promotions, demotions, benefits, and absences.
• Maintain personnel documentation and employee files in accordance with labor legislation.
• Provide data support for standardized HR processes and resolve employee queries.
• Perform country-specific HR administration, including work permits, mandatory reporting, and diversity reports.
• Ensure HR procedures, policies, documentation, and transactions comply with SOPs and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn HR policies, procedures, systems, applications, and their dependencies.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Fluency in Bulgarian, English, and Spanish; Spanish and English at C1 level.
• Strong communication skills.
