Software Engineer (Rust)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working required

Salary: €80,000–€115,000 base salary plus a performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Build ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure components in Rust.
• Improve existing and implement new trading algorithms.
• Build and optimize exchange connectors using FIX, WebSocket, and REST.
• Develop internal tooling, ML infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and daily trading operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, or exceptional personal or open-source projects.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, low-level networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Rust or strong motivation to work with Rust professionally.
• Ability to work across the stack when needed, including TypeScript-based internal tooling and portfolio management systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
