Deployment Strategist

Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions, workflows, and pain points.
• Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate them into stable, extensible data pipelines.
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups and lead training sessions to drive product adoption and operational impact.
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into hirify.global products.
• Build demos and scope potential engagements across new industries and expanding locations.

Requirements

• Fluent business Korean and English, in reading, writing, and speaking
• Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
• Curious, analytical, adaptive, and introspective approach.
• Willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow in a low-ego environment.
• Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team

Nice to have

• Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL.
