Network Delivery Lead

Location: Farnborough, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements. Some roles may also have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end network delivery, planning, and operational support for the customer account.
• Coordinate with account leadership, architecture, engineering, operations, project teams, client counterparts, and third-party network providers.
• Lead communication and resolution of high-severity network incidents.
• Track network availability, utilization, and performance while driving optimization and continuous improvement.
• Drive network delivery governance, risk management, ITIL processes, reporting, compliance auditing, procurement, and vendor renewals.
• Identify efficiency improvements through process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in network delivery, operational support, and stakeholder engagement within complex secure environments.
• Strong networking knowledge, including security functions, at Cisco CCNP level or equivalent vendor certification.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in delivery or account teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
