What you will do
- Lead a high-performing development team in delivering reliable solutions aligned with company objectives.
- Coordinate people, resources, and processes across functions and teams to achieve business goals and technical improvements.
- Align team goals to support timely feature delivery and continuous improvement.
- Hire, mentor, and motivate team members while supporting their professional growth.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with development processes, quality assurance, and service delivery.
- Proven project management experience with global R&D and DevOps teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis for testing hypotheses, challenging assumptions, measuring outcomes, and driving improvements.
- Experience assessing team-member potential and performance to support fair compensation and maximize contributions.
- Exceptional communication skills for unifying and motivating teams toward shared goals.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
