Representative II, BPS Client Service & Support (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end client onboarding, loan servicing, accounting, and reporting for borrower-side credit fund clients.
• Process and review borrow and prepayment trades, trade bookings, settlements, contract maintenance, rollovers, rate updates, and wire setup.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations, resolve daily breaks, and maintain data integrity across multi-fund, multi-currency, and multi-strategy facilities.
• Execute and review monthly and quarterly interest accruals, related wires, and close-process activities.
• Act as a primary client contact, resolving complex operational issues and handling ad hoc requests and service escalations.
• Document and improve procedures, strengthen controls, and coordinate with internal teams, onshore counterparts, management, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in loan syndication, leverage funds, credit funds, or term loans.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically at least 2 years of investment banking experience in syndicated loan servicing.
• Working knowledge of cash reconciliations, financial transaction processing, trade settlements, data analysis, and reporting.
• Client servicing experience, strong communication, organization, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, multitask, and perform effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of structured finance, CLOs/CDOs, and syndicated loans.
• Experience working with onshore counterparts and operational process documentation.
