TL;DR
Sr. Cloud Engineer (Python/Java, AI, Cloud Security): Building and operating cloud security service features for incident response and Security Operations Center use cases with an accent on full-cycle development, network integration, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on designing, testing, deploying, automating, and troubleshooting services while critically reviewing AI-generated code and improving release processes.

What you will do
- Build service features for incident response and Security Operations Center use cases.
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code across specification, testing, code review, and debugging.
- Evaluate AI-generated code and maintain the same engineering standards as for handwritten code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements, cross-team integration, troubleshooting, and delivery planning.
- Own the full development lifecycle from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and operations.
- Automate and improve development and release processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- More than three years of software development experience.
- Programming experience with Python or Java, with the ability to work with additional languages when required.
- Experience in networking, web development, debugging, and testing.
- Hands-on experience in software development and operations, preferably in a native cloud environment.
- Practical experience with AI-native development tools and the ability to provide context, review generated code critically, and guide AI toward high-quality output.
Nice to have
- Docker, Kubernetes, cloud networking, security, and compute experience.
- Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kafka or Kinesis experience.
- GitHub, Terraform, Helm, Linux, and deployment tooling experience.
- Agile software development experience.
- Good English communication skills and experience establishing consistent AI workflows or context-engineering practices.
