Media Director- Egypt

Location: Cairo, Egypt; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Lead an integrated business unit, managing the team, client relationships, communication, and account growth.
• Set annual performance strategies and goals aligned with client business objectives and KPIs.
• Lead offline and online media strategy across performance, eCommerce, innovation, data, search, social, display, and programmatic.
• Oversee campaign planning, implementation, optimization, analytics, data consultancy, and technology solutions.
• Manage media budget forecasting, delivery, resourcing, activation reviews, and collaboration across analytics, ad operations, and insights.
• Develop training and performance plans to build integrated media expertise and team self-sufficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in integrated media, ideally in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of offline media, digital media, and eCommerce.
• Experience with customer data platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
• Technical and strategic experience managing search, social, and/or display.
• Experience with audience-led planning and people management.
• Adaptability and the ability to stay current with consumer, marketing, and technology trends.
