What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery and continuous enhancement of a digital channel app revamp.
- Own the design, prioritization, and implementation of customer journeys for a seamless user experience.
- Balance business, technology, and operational priorities while resolving conflicts and escalating risks or decisions.
- Enforce Digital Lifecycle Standards, governance, design principles, and delivery processes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Approve product deliverables within scope, ensuring alignment with business requirements, quality standards, compliance obligations, and customer experience expectations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in digital product or UX.
- Proven experience managing a large-scale application.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
