Lead Production Test Engineer

Location: Auckland, New Zealand (On-site)

What you will do

• Own the production test strategy, including coverage philosophy, fixture architecture, and validation evidence.
• Lead the architecture and delivery of global production test systems to ensure reliability and repeatability.
• Set standards for instrumentation, interface design, and ongoing maintenance/calibration.
• Drive cross-functional execution for NPI and major ECNs, aligning trade-offs across firmware, software, and hardware teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to production test engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Proven technical leadership experience in production test or test engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of test systems, fixture architecture, calibration, and data pipelines.
• Experience taking test systems from development through production release and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse teams on complex technical programs and readiness decisions.
• Must be able to work on-site in Auckland.
