TL;DR
Principal, Logistics Compliance (Logistics Compliance): Conducting independent audits and strengthening regulatory controls across fulfillment centers, delivery hubs, transport systems, and 3PL operations in Taiwan with an accent on transportation regulations, dangerous goods handling, warehouse standards, and contractor compliance. Focus on building regulatory monitoring systems, driving risk remediation, and developing data-driven compliance dashboards.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan; regular on-site audits across fulfillment centers, delivery hubs, 3PL operations, and construction sites.

What you will do
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc independent audits across fulfillment centers, delivery hubs, 3PL vendor operations, and construction sites.
- Identify technical, operational, regulatory, warehouse, fleet, and logistics service agreement compliance gaps.
- Monitor local and international transportation, hazardous materials, road traffic, labor, and subcontractor regulations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement policy updates and corrective actions.
- Establish compliance KPIs, dashboards, audit sampling methods, and risk remediation programs.
- Provide independent oversight and actionable recommendations to cross-functional leaders and executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, law, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 8–10+ years of experience in logistics compliance, supply chain risk management, transport regulatory oversight, or operational compliance auditing.
- Experience within large-scale logistics, e-commerce, or multinational corporations.
- Deep knowledge of transportation regulations, dangerous goods handling, warehouse regulatory standards, and 3PL contractor compliance.
- Strong data analytics skills for compliance dashboards and audit methodologies, including Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as IATA, IMDG, ADR, CSCP, or relevant compliance audit credentials.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, including technical and audit report writing.
