Data Analyst - Revenue Operations

Location: Onsite office role in Noida, India

What you will do

• Maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce across accounts, opportunities, and territories.
• Build and maintain account- and contact-level data through secondary research.
• Support sales process discipline by tracking pipeline stages, funnel movement, and forecasting inputs.
• Extract, organize, and summarize data for Revenue Operations and sales leadership inquiries.
• Document workflows, definitions, and reporting logic for consistent and scalable processes.
• Collaborate with senior Data Analysts and Sales Tool Analysts on territory routing and CRM administration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in data, secondary research, or reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to manage multiple small projects.
• Interest in data and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in Revenue Operations.
