[EU] IT Outsourcing & Third Party Risk Manager

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the third-party risk management framework across hirify.global EU’s regulated entities in Austria.
• Oversee third-party services and vendors against regulatory requirements, agreements, SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics.
• Review documentation, prepare reports and management information, and handle regulatory notifications.
• Assess new third-party services and manage the full lifecycle from identification and assessment through monitoring and exit planning.
• Maintain third-party portfolios and registers in line with requirements such as DORA.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Technology, external providers, and the Austrian regulator, while supporting stakeholder training.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of third-party risk management and hands-on experience operating risk frameworks.
• Knowledge of DORA, EBA Outsourcing guidelines, the Austrian banking act, and banking regulation.
• Three to five years of experience in financial services, procurement, or outsourcing.
• Experience managing third parties across the full lifecycle, including SLA development and monitoring.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
