Junior+ Business Analyst / AI Business Analyst

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite and hybrid, with remote work available after the internship

What you will do

• Gather business requirements for Web, BI, and AI automation projects from stakeholders and clients.
• Create, review, and validate functional requirements, VSDs, user stories, and other project documentation.
• Create requirements documentation in Markdown format for AI agents.
• Write acceptance criteria and test cases, then verify developed software against requirements.
• Analyze and cross-check data for potential fast-close IFRS reporting procedures.
• Communicate proactively with team members and international clients in English.

Requirements

• Strong financial, economic, or accounting background.
• Hands-on experience with 1C Accounting or ERP systems.
• Completed Business Analysis courses or at least one year of commercial Business Analyst experience.
• English at B1/Intermediate level or higher, with the ability to communicate exclusively in English; Russian is also required for requirements gathering.
• Analytical thinking, ability to handle large datasets, strong communication skills, self-organization, and responsibility.
• Readiness for potentially irregular working hours, including paid overtime.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of RPA, APIs, AI, N8N, Make, software development principles, and project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with IFRS or US GAAP methodology.
• Up to two years of professional experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, VS Code, MS Teams, or Figma.
