Бизнес Аналитик (Pre-Sales Business Analyst) (FinTech)

Location: Minsk, Internationalnaya Street, 20A. Work format: onsite, hybrid, or remote.

What you will do

• Participate in presales and discovery activities for prospective FinTech clients.
• Analyze business needs, clarify requirements, and identify product and domain challenges.
• Prepare solution proposals, project scopes, estimates, WBS, presentations, and other presales materials.
• Translate business needs into feasible and commercially viable product or technical solutions.
• Present and defend proposed solutions during client calls and support Sales and Delivery teams with domain expertise.
• Use AI tools for research, analysis, and preparation of presales artifacts; support short-term discovery or consulting engagements when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Discovery, or Business Consulting.
• At least 1 year of hands-on, independent presales experience.
• Practical experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, Portfolio Management, Private Banking, Family Office solutions, or payment platforms.
• Experience with B2B FinTech products and custom software development, IT services, outsourcing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients, lead discovery sessions, present ideas, and defend proposed solutions.
• Confident Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment platforms, financial advisors, asset allocation, portfolio reporting, or investor onboarding.
• Experience supporting Sales and Delivery teams across multiple opportunities.
• Ability to join short-term discovery or consulting projects.
