What you will do
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software systems.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers on testing practices and technical challenges.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to support high-quality releases.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and test leadership.
- Expertise with Selenium using Java or similar automation tools.
- Strong Java or other programming and scripting skills.
- Experience with API testing tools such as REST Assured, Postman, or ReadyAPI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
Nice to have
- ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in the airline domain.
