Social Media Manager – UK & Ireland - 12 Month FTC

What you will do

• Lead the LinkedIn strategy for the UK and Ireland region to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Develop and optimise content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage social content for the UK and Ireland CEO and senior business leaders, including thought-leadership and advocacy activity.
• Bring marketing campaigns to life through social-first video, graphics, copy, and storytelling.
• Champion employee advocacy and collaborate with internal communications, training, sales enablement, and marketing teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, report insights, and optimise content in line with platform trends and audience behaviour.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and other social platforms in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of content strategy, copywriting, visual storytelling, and social media communications.
• Experience creating and editing social video using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut.
• Experience creating social graphics with tools such as Canva, Illustrator, or InDesign.
• Experience with social media management and monitoring platforms such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
