Content Manager (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; role based in the NYC office

hirify.global is a fintech company providing digital banking, cash deposits, international transfers, and bilingual support for Hispanic immigrants.

What you will do

• Script, film, present, and publish authentic content across social and video channels.
• Create short- and long-form video, social posts, landing page copy, radio scripts, and out-of-home assets.
• Manage production calendars for product launches, seasonal moments, and paid media campaigns.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafts, increase output, and maintain quality.
• Use organic, paid, and in-app performance data to develop content ideas and priorities.
• Coordinate micro-influencers, designers, photographers, agencies, and other production partners.

Requirements

• Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish required.
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing.
• On-camera experience with a portfolio or channel demonstrating presenting, hosting, or performing.
• A portfolio covering video, written copy, stills, and long-form content.
• Experience managing multi-channel content calendars and prioritizing against business objectives.
• Experience with AI tools, social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic performance analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
• Video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Experience managing freelancers, creators, or production vendors.
• Familiarity with Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or equivalent lifecycle marketing tools.
