Research & Modeling Engineer (AI/Robotics)

What you will do

• Design and run large-scale training pipelines for multimodal and VLA systems.
• Own the complete data-to-deployment loop, including training, evaluation, and deployment on real robots.
• Develop scalable infrastructure for data ingestion, model training, and rapid iteration.
• Translate model outputs into reliable, high-performance robotic actions.
• Work hands-on with robots to debug, iterate, and improve behavior.
• Define data-quality, scale, diversity, and evaluation strategies while improving performance across real-world tasks.

Requirements

• Experience building and training large-scale models such as LLMs, VLMs, or robotics foundation models.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning, training dynamics, and optimization at scale.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale training data pipelines.
• Ability to work end-to-end from data and modeling through real-world robotic deployment.
• Strong expertise in robotics, VLA systems, or training LLMs/VLMs from scratch.
• Strong Python proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with dexterous manipulation or complex robotic tasks.
• Experience deploying models in real-world production environments.
