What you will do

• Lead creative design projects for branding, digital experiences, corporate communications, and mission-related deliverables.
• Create technical graphics, diagrams, illustrations, presentations, layouts, reports, briefings, and training materials.
• Translate complex engineering and technical information into accurate, understandable visual products.
• Maintain government and corporate presentation standards, visual consistency, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, web development, leadership, and technical stakeholders on design solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 6–8 years of professional design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in technical graphics, diagrams, illustrations, layouts, presentations, and visual communication materials.
• Ability to interpret complex technical or engineering information and communicate it clearly through visual design.
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, collaboration, organization, and self-management skills.
• Active Secret security clearance is required to start.

Nice to have

• Adobe Certified Professional certification in Visual Design or Graphic Design and Illustration.
• Awareness of emerging design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices.
