Senior Gamification Manager (iGaming)

An international online gaming business offering sports betting and casino services, developing its own casino games and operating CRM, customer support, and back-office platforms with a strong presence in Latin America.

What you will do

• Own the gamification strategy end-to-end, from design and launch to continuous optimization.
• Build and manage gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs across multiple brands and markets.
• Analyze player behavior, campaign performance, KPIs, retention metrics, and segmentation data to identify growth opportunities.
• Define A/B testing frameworks and segmentation logic to validate mechanics and maximize impact.
• Coordinate with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive player experiences.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, prepare strategic recommendations, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in gamification, CRM, product marketing, or retention within iGaming.
• Experience owning gamification initiatives end-to-end and managing engagement mechanics at scale.
• Strong analytical skills, including KPI analysis, player segmentation, retention metrics, and A/B testing.
• Ability to lead projects and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
• Creative, data-driven, proactive, result-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused approach.
