Sr Manager, Professional Services (HVAC AI)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid model with specific in-office days each month. Travel up to 50%.

Annual base salary: $111,308.33–$155,435.00; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Build and lead BrainBox AI’s new professional services practice, including its organization, delivery model, processes, and capabilities.
• Develop the strategy and operating framework for implementing SaaS AI solutions focused on HVAC optimization.
• Lead end-to-end customer implementation programs, deployment, adoption, and business value realization.
• Establish delivery methodologies, governance models, best practices, and implementation playbooks.
• Partner with sales, product, customer success, engineering, and operations to improve customer outcomes and scalable growth.
• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team while advising customers and executive stakeholders on HVAC optimization and operational transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or business.
• 10+ years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS AI solutions in the HVAC space.
• Experience delivering HVAC optimization or enterprise SaaS/AI implementations as a consultant or implementation leader.
• Experience building and managing teams or service delivery organizations.
• Deep expertise in analytics, data management, data-driven decision-making, HVAC operations, and building systems optimization.
• Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, business acumen, presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
