Product Management Specialist (Payments)

hirify.global provides payment technology and software solutions for credit, debit, prepaid, and merchant services. In Greece, the business operates through its joint venture NBG Pay, which provides merchant acquiring services.

What you will do

• Drive product vision and act as the product champion for the assigned portfolio.
• Shape and maintain the product roadmap using customer feedback, usage metrics, and competitive research.
• Manage the product life cycle for portfolio offerings.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Services, Sales, customers, and partners to improve products and guide future development.
• Support sales with product expertise, consulting, tools, and collateral.
• Manage product P&L, including revenue and profit growth for existing and new products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar product role, ideally in the payments industry.
• Relevant experience with business product services and external customers or markets.
• Excellent written and verbal Greek and English.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role.
• Direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.
• Experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.
