Manufacturing Technician II - Filling (Dayshift) (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite role. The position starts on a Monday–Friday, 8-hour dayshift and transitions to a 2-2-3, 12-hour dayshift schedule at commercial handover. Some overtime may be required.

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, adjust, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing, in-process monitoring, visual inspections, line clearances, and cleaning activities.
• Complete batch records, GMP documentation, logs, mathematical calculations, and OEE data collection.
• Support cartridge filling line tech transfer, validation and engineering protocols, preventive maintenance, and commercial handover.
• Use SCADA, HMI, printing devices, and SAP for assigned production and inventory activities.
• Participate in 5S, SMED, problem-solving, and other process improvement activities while maintaining safety and cGMP compliance.

Requirements

• Experience in a pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and communicate in English and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing, demanding environment.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain gown qualification standards for sterile operations.
• Work authorization sponsorship, including visa support, is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Prior production experience.
• LEAN manufacturing experience and knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies and procedures.
