Product Analytics Consultant (Mid/Senior)

Location: Poland; remote-first collaboration model

Compensation: 13,000–25,300 PLN net per month under a B2B cooperation agreement

What you will do

• Define product metrics and support product decisions with data-driven insights.
• Use SQL, Python and BI tools to transform raw data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive experimentation and conduct statistical analyses to improve product performance and user experience.
• Own analytical initiatives that contribute to product evolution and success.
• Collaborate with software and data engineers on data tracking and modelling.
• Work with Product, UX and Engineering teams to support product development.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product or data analytics, preferably in SaaS.
• Advanced SQL skills and practical experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Basic Python or another programming language, with willingness to grow in Python; PySpark is an advantage.
• Experience with product tracking, experimentation and meaningful product metrics, plus a solid understanding of statistics.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Polish at C1 level and English at least B2 level required. Experience using AI tools and Git/GitLab is also expected.
