TL;DR
IT Solutions Management (SAP Logistics): Supporting and operating SAP logistics and warehouse management solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations with an accent on incident management, system integrations, and inventory processes. Focus on resolving production issues, coordinating middleware changes, improving operational governance, and supporting SAP transformation initiatives.
Location: Bangalore, India. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do
- Lead application support and operations for SAP warehouse management, SAP eWM, SAP Logistics Execution, and Transportation Management.
- Manage production incidents, problem investigations, service requests, SLAs, monitoring, and root-cause resolution.
- Support inventory, warehouse, material movement, serialization, reverse logistics, transportation, and service parts processes.
- Coordinate integrations across SAP ECC, CRM, middleware, ETL platforms, and third-party applications.
- Partner with development, infrastructure, business, product, project, and vendor teams on deployments and operational readiness.
- Drive automation, standardization, knowledge transfer, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Expertise in SAP ECC Logistics modules, including WM, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, eWM, and Supply Chain Transportation Management.
- Experience with enterprise middleware and ETL platforms; BODS/Data Services is preferred.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management, system integration troubleshooting, supply chain operations, and warehouse logistics processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of enterprise application support experience and the ability to lead end-to-end logistics solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience with Blue Yonder TMS.
- Experience supporting global manufacturing or supply chain organizations.
- Exposure to SAP transformation and S/4HANA initiatives.
