TL;DR
SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant (SAP PM/EAM): Designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance solutions for maintenance planning, work orders, asset lifecycle management, and end-to-end implementations with an accent on SAP PM integration with MM, FI, and PS. Focus on analyzing maintenance processes, creating functional specifications and test scripts, solving production issues through root cause analysis, and supporting UAT and user training.

What you will do
- Design, configure, implement, roll out, enhance, and support SAP Plant Maintenance solutions.
- Manage maintenance planning, work orders, scheduling, execution, notifications, equipment masters, and functional locations.
- Integrate SAP PM with Materials Management, Finance, and Project Systems.
- Analyze maintenance and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.
- Support testing and user acceptance testing while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance consulting.
- Strong experience with SAP PM, Enterprise Asset Management, asset lifecycle management, maintenance procurement, spare parts, inventory planning, reporting, KPIs, and asset performance monitoring.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Hands-on experience in business process analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with ownership, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.
