Experienced RF Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of antennas and RF systems for wearable and infrastructure products.
• Define system-level RF requirements and architecture with firmware, systems, and mechanical engineering teams.
• Drive electromagnetic simulation, impedance matching, antenna tuning, and over-the-air performance optimization.
• Conduct field testing and analyze data from real-world farm environments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners, global suppliers, and test labs to deliver production-ready RF assemblies.
• Own RF performance metrics, antenna validation processes, EMC and regulatory compliance testing, and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience taking RF or antenna systems from concept through high-volume production.
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals, RF propagation, impedance matching, and PCB or integrated antenna design.
• Hands-on experience with RF simulation and analysis tools.
• Experience using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and related test equipment.
• Experience designing RF systems for IoT, wearable, or low-power wireless products, including BLE, LoRa, GPS, Wi-Fi, sub-GHz, or LTE.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including to China and Thailand, for manufacturing and validation support.
