Product Designer (Mobile)

Location: Remote, with a preference for San Francisco or Mexico City; flexibility is possible for the right candidate

hirify.global is building an AI-first healthcare platform that streamlines doctor-patient communication through WhatsApp, automates non-urgent tasks, and helps surface urgent care needs.

What you will do

• Lead the design of high-impact product experiences for hirify.global's digital healthcare products.
• Design a new tool intended to help doctors provide better care.
• Research target users and develop empathy for their specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own design decisions and help establish a high standard of design excellence.
• Drive the product from 0 to 1 in a small, highly collaborative team.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant product design experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience designing mobile-first digital products and native iOS or Android applications.
• Extensive knowledge of native mobile design patterns and guidelines.
• Mastery of the tools used throughout the design process, from wireframes to pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Experience working closely with engineers, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
