Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

What you will do

• Act as a hands-on engineer and architect across initiatives ranging from small features to complex systems.
• Design and build full-stack applications using Java as the primary stack and React on the frontend.
• Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, RESTful APIs, business logic, and enterprise integrations.
• Build responsive web applications with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional Agile teams to shape and deliver production solutions.
• Lead projects, mentor engineers, support proposals, and contribute to technical presentations and practice development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Professional experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development.
• Experience developing applications with React.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, clean and testable code, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, AWS, and Terraform.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience in capital markets, financial products, or technology consulting.
• Experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
