Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack (ReactJS, AWS, Javascript, Typescript, CI/CD)

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of scalable enterprise software for the Allocation Based Registration product.
• Architect highly available, maintainable, performant, and distributed solutions aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching while establishing engineering best practices across the team.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices, including code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and repository-level AI instructions.
• Drive automated testing, code quality, security, reliability, performance, CI/CD, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of enterprise software development experience in a product-based organization.
• Strong experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS, and modern web application development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, ECR, Lambda, and DocumentDB.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, GitOps, or similar technologies, plus Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or comparable tools.
• Experience designing highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems, with strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and software engineering practices.
• Strong AI-assisted development skills, including GitHub Copilot or equivalent tools, prompt engineering, AI-generated code validation, AI governance, traceability, responsible usage, and cost optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted test generation, Playwright MCP, agentic AI workflows, or MCP server integrations.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Java, Selenium WebDriver, CodeUI, JUnit, or JMeter.
• Scrum Master certification or experience facilitating Agile teams.
