Senior Full-Stack Developer (React/TypeScript)

Location: Hybrid work from the Jerusalem or Tel Aviv office, Israel

What you will do

• Develop scalable web products serving thousands of users across hirify.global and worldwide.
• Build end-to-end solutions with React and TypeScript on the frontend and Python with FastAPI or TypeScript with Express on the backend.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Work with graphics, 3D, maps, and other web-related technologies.
• Understand user needs, design solutions, and own features and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA testers, and product managers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience in web environments.
• Experience with frontend and backend web development using popular frameworks and languages.
• Strong understanding of browser behavior, networking, client-server architecture, caching, and web development principles.
• Ability to work independently, learn new concepts, and own features and flows.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop solutions together.
• Good eye for styling and UX, with the ability to use AI tools efficiently.

Nice to have

• Mobile development experience, preferably with Flutter.
• Experience in 3D development, graphics, or game development, preferably with Unity.
• Experience with maps such as OSM and geographical datasets.
• Cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
• Experience in AI development and agent automation.
