TL;DR

Legal Coordinator (Tamheer) (Legal Operations): Supporting legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities, and coordination with internal departments with an accent on corporate legal practices and regulatory documentation. Focus on organizing legal files, coordinating contract approvals, conducting basic legal research, and maintaining contract trackers.

Location: On-site in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

Prepare, review, organize, and manage legal documents and contracts.
Maintain legal files, trackers, and contract expiration records.
Coordinate contract approvals and support regulatory compliance activities.
Conduct basic research on applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.
Support policy documentation and other administrative and legal tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal field.
Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is required.
Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
Fluent English is required.
Availability for on-site work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
