Developing financial products for Saudi Arabia, including payments and everyday money management solutions, as part of hirify.global’s fintech business.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide compliance guidance and training to employees.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies.
  • Investigate compliance issues, complaints, and breaches.
  • Prepare regulatory reports and collaborate with internal departments and regulators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of fintech regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
