Fullstack Developer (Go)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)

What you will do

• Build and scale distributed systems using Go, DynamoDB, SQS, and AWS Lambda.
• Develop snappy full-stack applications using Next.js and gRPC.
• Enhance the hirify.global API to ensure industry-leading performance and usability.
• Deploy and scale fraud prevention models for large-scale enterprise customers.
• Maintain internal tools to improve developer efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to guarantee service stability.

Requirements

• Experience designing and engineering large-scale systems.
• Strong coding skills in Go.
• Product-led mindset with a focus on impact and simplicity.
• Fluent/professional English proficiency required.
• Must be able to work from the Paris office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust or TypeScript.
• Experience building frontends with modern frameworks like React or Vue.
