Designer, Menswear

Location: Los Angeles, California; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, Tuesday through Thursday. Product teams may work five days in the office when needed.

Annual compensation: $67,000–$95,000, based on the Los Angeles geographic area.

What you will do

• Support the Director of Design in creating menswear products across shirting, knitwear, casual and tailored bottoms, and technical and tailored outerwear.
• Research concepts and inspirational references, then develop hand sketches and final computer sketches.
• Create detailed technical packages with a strong focus on garment construction.
• Review samples, attend fittings, and refine products across fabric, fit, drape, and construction.
• Collaborate with design, product development, merchandising, raw materials, technical, and production teams.
• Assist with milestone meeting presentations and apply seasonal product knowledge to future designs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar menswear design role.
• Technical knowledge of premium menswear construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion or a closely related design field.
• Strong understanding of casual-chic design, with excellent taste and close attention to detail.
• Collaborative, diverse-team mindset with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work from the Los Angeles office at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, CLO, and Procreate.
• Portfolio or website demonstrating relevant design work.
