Senior Product Manager (AI Security)

hirify.global is building an AI security platform and control plane that helps enterprises safely adopt and scale autonomous AI agents.

What you will do

• Work directly with enterprise customers, prospects, and go-to-market teams to identify AI adoption, visibility, governance, and control challenges.
• Rapidly prototype product solutions using coding agents and AI tools, creating working demonstrations for customer feedback.
• Validate prototypes with customers and partner with engineering to deliver proven capabilities into production.
• Drive the roadmap and strategic direction of the AI Control Plane based on customer insight, market dynamics, and product vision.
• Partner with R&D, Security, and GTM teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact capabilities.
• Use AI tools to accelerate experimentation and productivity throughout product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in enterprise software.
• Experience with highly technical products such as cybersecurity, AI platforms, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and translate complex problems into clear product direction.
• Experience making product decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, analytical thinking, and end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, LLM-based products, or AI governance and observability platforms.
• Experience working with security teams or enterprise security workflows.
• Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical background.
• AI-first mindset and comfort using AI tools in daily product development.
