What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Appear on camera and produce UGC-style videos for organic content and paid advertising from concept through final cut.
• Plan and manage social accounts, publish content, analyse performance, and decide which experiments to run next.
• Develop hooks, scripts, and visual concepts that attract people seeking mental health support.
• Translate psychology and behavioural science into clear, trustworthy content without overclaiming.
• Research trends and audience conversations, then collaborate with creative, growth, design, and clinical teams to test and improve content.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree or training in psychology, neuroscience, counselling, psychotherapy, or a related field.
• Have deliberately built and managed a social media account and can explain what was learned.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera while discussing mental health.
• Edit short-form video quickly using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Understand short-form content across platforms and can write strong opening lines, hooks, and scripts.
• Comfortably use data and AI tools, take initiative, and experiment quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with US pop culture from spending time in the United States.
• Experience running a community, society, or active group.
