TL;DR
IT Specialist - Application (Automation): Building internal automation workflows, reporting platforms, data pipelines, and IAM process visibility systems with an accent on Python, cloud automation, operational reporting, and identity management. Focus on designing executable technical subtasks, maintaining data integrity across provisioning and access processes, and improving visibility into service health and IT operations.

What you will do
- Build and maintain automation workflows using approved platforms such as N8N, Jira Automation, Python, and Google Cloud Run.
- Develop and maintain internal reporting platforms showing operational data, IAM processes, and service health.
- Build and manage data pipelines that supply internal reporting systems.
- Implement structured IAM workflows for user provisioning, access reviews, and offboarding while maintaining data integrity.
- Analyze operational problems, document requirements, define technical subtasks, and coordinate execution with Operations, Infrastructure, and Identity teams.
- Evaluate technologies through proof-of-concept tasks and maintain technical and process documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise SaaS management, automation engineering, or IT platform engineering, with production experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of N8N, Jira Automation, Python, or Google Cloud Run.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or BigQuery, including query writing and basic pipeline tasks.
- Experience creating dashboards in reporting tools such as Metabase.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, plus the ability to work independently and escalate blockers proactively.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, including user lifecycle management, RBAC, and directory services such as Google Workspace or Okta.
