Customer Success Manager (LegalTech)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000 OTE

What you will do

• Act as a product evangelist to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Drive ARR growth by managing the entire funnel for existing business, including business reviews and upsells.
• Manage renewals and lead churn management to protect and grow recurring revenue.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and customers to address pain points and goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a commercial customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with sales support tools such as HubSpot and Notion.
• Italian and English proficiency required.
• Must be able to work from the Milan HQ for in-person collaboration.
