What you will do
- Lead an engineering team developing conversational AI and intelligent product experiences that turn brand data into strategic insight.
- Lead the development of a new API that connects brand health metrics with BI tools, data warehouses, and marketing mix models.
- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
- Partner with product managers, designers, customers, and external partners during discovery and co-build phases.
- Design experiments, evaluate alternative technical approaches, and use data to guide product and engineering decisions.
- Coach, develop, manage, and prioritise work for engineers while driving technical and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience as an engineer and technical leader across a range of technologies, such as React, Node, TypeScript, Java, Python, Postgres, CDK, and AWS or another cloud provider.
- Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating complex applications.
- Experience architecting scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, customers, and partners, with a strong focus on business outcomes and product discovery.
- Experience coaching, developing, and managing engineers, prioritising work, and leading teams technically and commercially.
- Comfort with experimentation, structured evaluation of multiple solutions, and data-driven recommendations.
