Business Development Manager (Web3)

Location: Global-NAJ; full-time remote

What you will do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase user growth, trading volume, and brand exposure in global crypto markets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with crypto projects, DeFi protocols, Web3 platforms, and ecosystem partners.
• Build relationships with KOLs, influencers, communities, and affiliates, and manage CPA, revenue-share, and volume-based incentive programs.
• Track partner performance and optimize initiatives for measurable user acquisition and trading volume results.
• Expand opportunities in emerging regions, especially Africa, through localized growth strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams; represent the company at industry events and prepare progress and market reports.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of business development experience in African crypto or blockchain markets.
• Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Established network of African crypto influencers, communities, and projects.
• Extensive KOL resources with a verifiable trading-volume track record.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of African crypto regulations and mobile money integrations such as M-Pesa.
