Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Develop high-impact machine learning products and software applications for investment decision-making.
• Translate complex project requirements into actionable technical solutions with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build, deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning solutions in production.
• Integrate models with production data pipelines and API services.
• Promote engineering best practices and maintain rigor across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing production-ready software systems.
• Expertise in end-to-end machine learning operations, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch.
• Proficiency with SQL and transactional and analytical databases such as PostgreSQL and BigQuery.
• Professional experience with containerization, data processing, parallel processing, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and MLOps tooling.

Nice to have

• Prior work experience in financial services.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Prefect, Airflow, dbt, Ray, Dask, Spark, Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Actions, Terraform, MLFlow, and DVC.
