Marcom Specialist (Intern)

What you will do

• Manage marketing data, event performance metrics, lead databases, and recurring KPI reports.
• Support content creation for social media, newsletters, websites, posters, flyers, and sales materials.
• Assist with planning and executing webinars, seminars, and trade shows, including registration follow-up and on-site support.
• Collect post-event data and conduct market and competitor research.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program; marketing, journalism, English, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong data sorting and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English; CET-6 or equivalent English level required.
• Creative, eager to learn, resilient, and team-oriented.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
