WFM Forecast Planner

What you will do

• Own end-to-end forecasting across customer contact channels, including volume and average handle time forecasts.
• Develop long- and mid-term capacity plans and translate business growth, operational changes, and workforce trends into headcount strategies.
• Build scenario models and workforce analytics to identify staffing risks, improve productivity, and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Scheduling, and Analytics teams on recruiting, training, and staffing plans.
• Improve forecasting and capacity planning methods by analyzing trends, variances, data accuracy, and process opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of forecasting and capacity planning experience in a high-volume contact center or shared services environment.
• Advanced forecasting and analytical skills using statistical models, multi-channel workforce data, and business insights.
• Strong proficiency with leading workforce management platforms and advanced Excel-based analysis.
• Availability for morning, mid, and graveyard shifts.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
