Analyst II, QC Aseptic Control, Lead

Location: USA - OH - West Chester. Day shift: 6:00am–6:30pm on a 2/2/3 12-hour rotating schedule.

Salary: $60,000–$86,250 per year.

What you will do

• Perform environmental monitoring in classified and non-classified areas, including Grade A aseptic environments and laboratory settings.
• Schedule environmental monitoring work and coordinate team workflow, workload planning, and system pulls.
• Review QC data, production documentation, logbooks, trends, and abnormalities for quality and cGMP compliance.
• Lead laboratory investigations, studies, and process improvement activities with limited supervision.
• Assign work, coordinate priorities, and act as a link between QC and Operations.
• Train and coach colleagues on systems, equipment, procedures, processes, and aseptic responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical production or quality control environment.
• Ability to understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and mathematical calculation skills.
• Ability to work the 12-hour rotating day-shift schedule in West Chester, Ohio.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• Experience in a sterile or cGxP environment.
